Sonesta Simply Suites Plano Frisco

Very comfortable room but needed some light maintenance. The pictures were either old or stock pictures. The store presented in the photos is not at the property. The store they have is across from the front desk and is a mini fridge for drinks and a few shelves with items.

This is an extended stay hotel that has been not kept in good condition. The furniture was beat up and the was a hole in the easy chair. The floor was dirty. When I arrived in the late afternoon there was a smell of marijuana in the hallway coming from one of the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel for these reasons.

I love everything except the vibration from machines going off through the night and day. Not able to rest through the night.

I love everything except the vibration from machines going off through the night and day. Not able to rest through the night. Needed a closed off bedroom so when I couldn’t sleep due to machines going off vibrating through the night I could go watch tv without disturbing my spouse. Not sure if it was big washing machines from Staff or Generator.

Everything was perfect for me

Very dated and smelled badly all the way to room on 3rd floor, elevator felt lie it was fixing to fall , room was clean and comfortable
