Guests highly rate the nice place and frequently praise the comfortable bed.
Hotel itself was fine, however, the customer service wasn’t great at all. Employees weren’t interactive or eager to help. Mattress cover had stains on it. The stay was fine for the price, I just wish slight improvements were made.
Walls are paper thin. Person beside us decided to have their TV blaring all night. Got zero sleep, terrible.
The only thing I disliked about my stay was the fact that I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came out of the office to assist me with check in. Typically wouldn't be a big deal for me, but it was in this instance due to needing to get off of a broken foot.
Nuce little town. AC worked great. Sheets had stains, mold/stains on ceiling in bathroom.
Mountain views are spectacular Hotel needs an extreme makeover.
The sheets on the bed did look clean. Like they been slept in before. Aircon smelled and bath tube bottom not clean
Water in the tub was way too hot. Was bath on my children and it was way too hot that it should have been for a human to withstand let alone a toddler.
