Found a bed bug right away and checked out immediately. I let the front desk manager know and he wasn’t surprised. I captured the bed big in a cup and he told me to throw it away in the garbage where the grab and go breakfast is served. In process of getting my refund. Very dirty inside and out.

The whole experience was horrible from the moment we pulled into the parking lot (police were there) until the moment we left. When we arrived the front desk clerk was folding laundry and ignored us for at least 7 to 10 minutes. He was rude at checkin. We finally got our key and went to get ready for a funeral. The room wasnt finished being cleaned so we had to wait in the hallway for another 15 minutes. We were in there a few minutes and the fire alarm went off, three rooms down had the sprinklers going off and the occupants of that room were soaked. Fire department came. We left and went to the visitaion and funeral we were in town for and didnt get back until late. Now we had a chance to look around. The sheets had black spots and stains on them. (Thank God I always bring our own sheets). The jacuzzi in the "suite" we paid for was missing parts in the jets and had mold inside of the jets. Then around the outside edge of it there was toilet paper stuffed into the cracks where caulk should be. No way were we going to use that. The shower rod was broken and drooping. Looked like it was going to fall any minute. The peephole was broken out and also stuffed with toilet paper. The deadbolt was missing on the door. With everything going on we blocked the door with a stepstool and the ironing board wedged in there to at least make noise if someone tried to break in. The next morning we checked out and were treated horribly. I could go on & on. Never again. $200 gone!

Did not stay at this hotel. Pulled in the parking lot to Ck in and there was fire trucks and police there. Walked inside looked at the room. Smells were of mold. Old smells. Not clean and fresh! Dark halls. Rather scary. When we camp off elevator with the ck in clerk a woman that worked there was standing there and started screaming at the clerk. Could not understand what she was saying as it was in another language. She was furious! Scared me so bad I ran for the front door. Told the clerk we would not be staying there. Very disappointed.

The hotel room was wiped down, I had to sanitize it my self, the floor was dirty, my feet were black from walking on the carpet, I paid for 2 nights but checked out first thing the next morning, the room next door had people partying until after 12 am, at one point I could here them messing with adjoining door. The security latch was broken on the door, the hook was hanging on the door it was broken, the air conditioning vent would not turn lower, the vent was black from dirt, I had to clean that as well, I was discussed in this hotel and would not recommend it!!!!

The continental breakfast did not exist. No juice no coffee out side of the room coffee. A few danishes set out and it seemed when that basket was empty ut was gone..

Property is filthy and non-smoking rooms reek of smoke, drugs and urine. Burn marks on tub and sink. Plastic bags placed over smoke detectors in non-smoking rooms. We had to set off and entire can of Lysol disinfectant spray and 2 car bombs in the room while we were out at dinner just to make the scent tolerable. Shady characters roam the property and were found sleeping on benches outside. If it weren’t for an entire girls softball team staying with their large families, we would not have felt safe. Do not stay here with your kids. This is not a place for families. Covid is used as an excuse to not clean your rooms and to serve a non-existent breakfast as promised in their amenities. Will never stay here again.

If I had more time to plan our trip I wouldn't of stayed here. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking ( I had to buy air freshener), we had ants in the room, the room was "clean" but just felt dirty and gross. Nothing was relaxing about staying in our room and thankfully we didn't have to be in it much. The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful and was the only bright spot to our entire stay. If you are in a pinch and need a place to stay sure but if you are looking for a relaxing stay this isn't the place for you. They also only had to go breakfast which for us wasn't a big deal because we ate out anyways but just something to keep in mind.

The bed skirt had stains. Bugs on the wall. Mold in the bathroom.

The cleanliness was the biggest issue. The shower curtain was moldy, the shower mat had actual dirt stains, and there was an extreme ant issue. We woke up to ants all over our belongings.
