Staff were very kind. Parking was included. It was close to the highway, so it was convenient for travel, but you couldn’t hear any noise from the highway. If you’re staying long term, the rooms also have a kitchenette and dishes available for cooking. TV actually worked. The room was large.

My room wasn’t the cleanest. There was some hair left in the bathroom and on the side of the kitchenette counter. The bed was alright but the springs creaked really bad every time I moved.

I stayed here while in town for a concert. Unfortunately, there were WiFi issues — the TV didn’t work, and some outlets weren’t functioning properly. I also didn’t feel completely safe due to an issue that happened during my stay. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to save money, it might work, but overall I wouldn’t recommend it. Still , the workers were nice.

Clean convenient good value for the cost

Everything was clean except the laminate wood floors- there were obvious dried spills that hadn’t been mopped up.

It was an extended stay so people are actually living there. There was kind of a crowd of people (teens) just hanging out in the parking lot. It was also fairly loud. While the place is super clean, it is also old so the carpet needs to be replaced badly.

The room itself was clean and a good size. Parking adequate if you have a car and the staff friendly given the limited interaction we had. The area was so desolate and without a car was hard to navigate but the stay was nice overall.

So we booked a last minute room and because we showed up during their "Audit" we couldn't check into 3am when we showed up at midnight. Seriously horrible service. Will no longer be booking anything through extended stay.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The Good- I moved into Extended Stay because of their security after selling my home. I was impressed with the gates needing a key to enter. The security of the doors also needed a key to enter. And having the front desk attendant available 24 hours a day is reassuring. The housekeeping staff and the handyman/groundskeeper worked full time previously and kept the facility in top shape and clean. They were hard-working and friendly. You need to give Victor an award. That man is super hard working and can fix anything. The front desk personnel have always been friendly and helpful. Kudos to Joanna, Ally, Cheryl, Roni and Hope. Thank you. A nice smoking area was set up in the back of the facility with planter boxes of flowers, a bench and a cigarette disposal container. It’s far enough from the door smoke is kept outside. Thank you for trying to gather the smokers in one area. After the new ownership took over, new mattresses and TVs were delivered. WOW. THANK YOU. That is a big incentive to stay here longer. I like the new paved parking lot. The previous manager was let go. He often yelled at staff in front of guests and at guests. Nothing he said or did made any sense. He threatened to kick guests out (including me). Once when I tried to get clean bedding, he told me there was none available, but he would have some in an hour. An hour went by, then another hour, and another … and then announced in front of other guests at the front desk he was going to charge me extra money because he spotted dog hair on my bedding! I waited for 5 hours and then he went home without providing clean bedding. THE BAD - I don’t see many of the regular housekeeping staff anymore. And the ones that are left work fewer days but still with a smile. Their lack of hours shows, the garbage and doggie poop cans are often overflowing outside the facility. Cigarette butts and garbage everywhere else in the parking lots. This is a unique business with companies paying for out-of-town employees to stay. The paperwork does not seem very smooth; employees are often stuck with no paid rooms. THE UGLY – The front gate has been broken for months. The side doors that are exits only do not sound an alarm when people exit. The back door is open 24 a day, anyone can enter without a key. The parking lot is now providing a place for the druggies and women in the sex trade to hang out all night long. 2 days ago, a druggie/prostitute came up to my car after parking demanding to use my phone. Last night I was woken up at 2:30 am to cigarette smoke coming in a side door from a woman smoking outside an exit door that an alarm should have gone off when opened. Those side door alarms have been broken for months. This has happened several times.

My family had a horrible experience at one of your locations this past weekend. The Tacoma Fife location in Washington State specifically with an attendant Sheryl, and her manager. I was just informed today the HM is refusing to refund our money after they said my family could not stay becuase my brother did not have an ID. Sheryl was very rude with horrible customer service. As someone that has worked in customer services for 20 years including working as a housekeeper and waiter for three years, I am appalled by how my family was treated. It looked to be racist in nature as Sheryl did not want to help my family and sidelined helping my mother twice. I would like my money returned to me. Expedia has given up on refunding this experience and just told me they can't do anything about it.
