I was worried after reading the reviews but it was honestly great. The staff were absolutely lovely, it was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Only negative was there was a bit of hair in the linens and towels that the cleaning crew could take a bit more care with but other than that I would absolutely stay again

"Ok, other than not having breakfast."

Room was fine. Laminate floor is nice.

No breakfast (only coffee). They did not tell us on checking in, even though they new. When I asked the next morning, they said that they are out of supply. When I asked when they were getting more, they said not until at least Monday. This was Friday morning.

"Losting money"

The window glass was broken and had a hole on it and I had to stay in the room since they were not able to prepare another room. It made me scared and was not able to sleep well all night since I was staying alon as a woman. In addition, the cleaning wasn’t finish when I checked in so I was kept waiting for about 10min even I was in a hurry. I send a message a few days later asking them to give a refund or some money back due to those experience, but they have never answered me. I hope this message reaches them and improve their service for coming customers.
