Set their own rules about the check-in age, even though the official terms and conditions tell a different story. Somehow couldn’t check in because I’m 20, but was old enough to turn around and go to the bus station by foot at almost midnight. The most impressive thing about the story is that they won’t give my money back, explaining that their manager doesn’t remember telling my desk assistant about all that check-in nonsense over the phone. I have no problem with the desk assistant who was genuinely concerned for my safety and helped me a ton during my short stay in the lobby, I don’t know how to thank her enough. Still cannot give my money back, even escalated this problem for the second time.

We were never checked in. We got there at midnight after driving from Reno. After booking online and being charged the reservation desk said they couldn’t check us in till 3 am due to computer being down. We ended up booking La Quinta in Fife. We are requesting a full refund
