Extended Stay America Suites - Madison - Junction Court

I like that the hotel was in good shape and inexpensive. I did not like that the staff was seemed irritated when asked questions and annoyed when you asked more than one question. This was mostly the front desk.

The first room smelled of smoke, the dead bolt didn't work and there were black bugs in the bed. I was given a different room, which smelled of Marijuana and judging by the make up, lipstick and condition of the sheets, I can only assume the room hadn't been cleaned.

No hot water in the morning for a shower or anything else. Desk attendant looked like he just woke up.

Over experience was great! Will recommend and be back!

It was not great place… smelled like weed and the hot water was off at the Extended Stay

I like the location.

I like the Bed but have a hard time getting them to change the sheets.

Everything was easy to get too and it's in a great location

they had no ice ,how can you run a hotel with out ice?

The staff Was really helpful and nice
