Extended Stay America Suites - Madison - Junction Court

There was a bed, and it had clean linen they smelled like bleach. Ladies that checked me in were friendly. The TV worked watched a good movie.

No ice, no breakfast coffee only, kitchen burners did not work so i couldn't fix food, refrigerator did not freeze the cups of water I put in overnight, bugs rodent droppings. I couldn't sleep due to people outside my window. I guess you weren't supposed to cook or make food. You need to ask for dishes and silverware, but without a working kitchen, it didn't matter. The shower didn't spray well, and the sink overly did. Maybe it's the filters. Overall, this place needs an overhaul. The furniture was worn, and the recliner was broke. I didn't take pictures because there was nothing to show. You can't take a picture of a broken cooktop or the freezer that didn't cool or the rental cooking supplies. Which I didn't pay for asked for paper plates they said they didn't have any but would rent dishes and a toaster or coffee maker. Why? Cook top didn't work. You can use a tiny microwave to reheat.

The only thing pleasant about our stay was the staff at the front desk. Other than that I’ve never felt so dirty. Stay if it’s your last resort!

No frills but clean and friendly staff.

No wifi No carpet - just cold floor Bare basics and old room Thin bed covering so cold. Matress was bouncy. 1 pillow each. Small tv and no streaming Breakfast was not good - gas station muffins, packets of oatmeal and Nutrigrain bars. Room was clean. You have to pick up plastic cups and plates and coffee maker from reception No ice

No breakfast. Hair all over bathroom floor and tub.

The included breakfast was not really breakfast, but snacks.

Staff was great just felt uncomfortable with all the people blocking the doors open and gathered in parking lot drinking

Too many people hanging in parking lot drinking and making noise. Staff was excellent
