I just got back home from active duty. My shower was broke and when I was able to notify staff it took them 5 days to fix the shower. I asked to complimented and the Assistant Manager Mr. Dempster told me No, because the shower was not broke when you moved in. I took this as if he was accusing me of breaking the shower. Nothing was done about me not having a shower for 5 days. Also staff are not available overnight if you have a problem. It is also hard for staff to get in contact with upper managment.

Very dirty carpet. Rooms clean but carpets— wore my shoes in room and hallway

Check in was good. The side doors were broken due to a recent storm.

Rooms were very nice with kitchenette. Ice maker did not work. Was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very low water pressure in dinks and shower. Hallways and handrails were very dirty. Some outside door handles were broke and replaced with a piece of wood, making them hard to open.

1. The room 308 was had the smell of smoke 2. To get to our room was going through a maze. 3. For the price charged, we will never stay there again

Got there and they didn't have my reservation. But all i can say is that the STAFF at this hotel was beyond AMAZING!!!!

I have stayed here for 24 nights. The room was clean. Washroom and cooking facilities were good too. Only problem is they do not arrange to clean your room unless you knock them, but they said cleanup service was weekly. I didn't get any for those 24 nights. Make sure you ask for it every week.

Noone was at the check-in desk and we had to wait for a while to check-in. Eventhough we told her that we already paid for the room she charged us double anyway. Now we will have to wait to get our money back. We budgeted ourselves and now we are short $87.68.

I was disappointed after reading others reviews. Our rooms window a/c unit was not working properly and was leaking all over the carpet also leaving the room extremely humid. There were also small ants crawling all over the desk area and chairs. Our room key would only work on one of the outside entrance doors and the handle had been replaced with a chunk of wood that was very hard to grab on to. They definitely need to step up their game on the cleaning and maintenance on the building.

Resident style hotel with kitchenette. Large room, quite nice, very quiet while I was there. 15-20 minute walk to the airport….which I needed
