We had booked a room in the handicap room since my husband just got out of the hospital. They put us on the third floor. When I complained when we checked in, they moved us to the second floor. But they didn’t tell us that the elevator would be not working for five days. We were a prisoner in that room. They said it would be working by Thursday, now it didn’t not until Friday. We checked into a different hotel because this one was so bad. Room was nice that’s about all I can say.

This hotel has the potential to be a nice budget-friendly hotel, but it’s one of the dirtiest properties I’ve EVER stayed at. Would only recommend it for the price and nothing else.

The overall condition is great but one thing ruined the whole experience. The alarm in my room went off at 7:30 am and I had to get up and figure out how to turn it off. I am pretty sure it was set up before but no one got to reset it before I check in. This is a super unprofessional mistake and I hope the management can get rid of such things in the future.

The walls are thin. You might hear the neighbors. It was cheaper than most of the other hotels. I found a few bugs in the bottom floor so I asked to move up a floor. Bottom floor seems to be the least clean it the floors.
