"Ok stay but wouldn’t return"

Room was nice (we had a 1 bedroom suite). However, a few issues: 1) I really like a hot shower, but the water was only lukewarm. Not a pleasant experience at 7 a.m.; 2) it needs a thorough cleaning, especially the kitchen; 3) the sleeper sofa was not a pull out sofa— it had removable cushions and only slept one person and was hard as a rock; and 4) the breakfast was very basic— bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit and hard cooked eggs. And you could make a waffle. Coffee was good, though. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, there are many other options in the Findlay area.

"Whitney is a gem!"

We enjoyed the pool and had a clean spacious room for the night. But the best part is the amazing service we had from the moment we got to the hotel. Whitney was amazing! She went above and beyond and is the reason we will be back! She’s the bomb.com!

Room having 2 bedrooms.

The toilet needs to be higher . It feels like one from an elementary school. My husband and I are in our 60's. It would be nice to have a king size bed in one of the bedrooms
