not clean but it is never clean. Broken light bulb on the desk and missing dinner plate but am used to this degree of inattention at this hotel. have many stays here each year so that I have the convenience of cooking my dinner. The breakfast here continues to be inedible. Colby cheese omelet is very hard and the pepper cheese soufflé defies description. one day last week each of these was your warm food offering on the same day. it was embarrassing your hotel. it is so far from the Marriott standard and so inferior to your competition. stick with the coffee and the apples. even the bananas are old and unpleasant most days. check my annual use of Marriott properties and you will see thst I am a very loyal customer but you are stretching my patience at this place one last comment. I booked my stay 2-3 days before checking in. That week your website had a lot of problems. even the hotel acknowledged that. I finally did the reservation on Expedia and was told that I could not get my points because of that REALLY!!!! Another Marriott “rule” I suppose. you are not making me happy and my experience with you is less than optimal

The location was awesome

Not enough supplies for the sofa bed. Noise level through the night was horrible through the night. It was stomping all night above us.

First of all, Whitney is a wonderful, caring and helpful employee. I called for some assistance in our booking, as I was using points and my wife and daughters were staying without me, so a quick phone call to explain and add my wife's name to the reservation was not only not a problem, but I'd mentioned how they were on a sudden, emergency 800-mile trip to rush down south to take care of my wife's parents. Not only did she show care and compassion, she also helped them into a bigger room--one which I couldn't book using my points. I am a Marriott Titanium member and a Lifetime Platinum--it's nice to see a property go out of their way for elites--something that's not always happening much these days, but this place does sure know how to take care of everyone, it seems. Wife said the room was huge, the beds were comfortable, the location had a lot of decent food options nearby...All three got a great night's sleep and the extra space to run around and burn off some road energy was appreciated. That being said, she told me to be sure to include kudos to Whitney as well, whose awesome attitude, helpfulness and caring attitude carried over to their arrival as well. This was our 2nd stay there in the last month (2nd trip to grandma's, unfortunately)...The first trip was equally great, and Whitney also took good care of all of us a few weeks prior. While this property is nowhere near the half-way point between our original and destination, we're going to continue to go a tad out of our way to stay here again as we pass through next time, and hopefully the time after and the time after that. It has moved to the top of the list between Toledo and Cincinnati or Columbus. Keep up the good work, and to the manager/owner of this property: you have a gem in Whitney, I tell ya!

Took great care of accommodating our wedding block of rooms and any special requests!!

Sleeper sofa is not a sleeper sofa it’s has no mattress. Breakfast was so sad! Room smelled so bad! Guest smoking weed at smoke area could smell at pool. Very very small area to walk dog. Shower had absolutely no water pressure.

Disappointed that the room was listed with a pullout couch bed. We had to purchase an air mattress as the pullout does not have a mattress. Without the purchased air mattress it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Something you shouldn’t have to absorb for $200 a night.

The hotel has a weird smell in the hallways. You can’t sit beside the pool and enjoy fresh air because they have tables lined up outside of pool area for the smokers. It’s like sitting in a bar full of smoke. Very disappointing. Can’t enjoy the fresh air outside.
