"Good hotel, good staff"

Stayed here recently for a wedding taking place nearby. Front staff was very good and efficient. Room is excellent - modern, clean, comfortable beds - overall very, very nice. We had an excellent stay - recommend highly.

"Perfect place close to Highway and Shops"

Staff were amazing from front desk to breakfast and housecleaning. Hotel was super clean. Lots of parking. Easy check in service and check out. Reasonable price and the rooms are large and spacious .

The only issue is the price of water bottles however there are many stores close by to purchase from if need be.

"I have stayed in this hotel several times before and the quality appears to have gone down each year"

Not much, only the location.

1. Room not ready on time 2. There was a (known) leak which saturated part of the carpet in my room 3. I requested a walk in shower (I’m disabled) but I did not get one. The tub/shower did have a seat but that was never mentioned. 4. Was told b’fast was until 10 but it was cleaned up @ 9:30, including the coffee. 5. Manager was condescending, other staff were very young + seemed unaware of policy when I checked out early 6. Room was only moderately clean. 7. Bed is very high, even in a handicapped room. I had to borrow a stool to get on the bed.
