"Great hotel"

We like this hotel (3rd stay)! It's a great place to break up the drive from western NC to Maine. Easy access from I-78. Well laid out common areas and rooms. Everything seems well maintained and the breakfast options were good. We stayed in room 431 which looks down on the grill/patio area. Great room. (The only issue was that the shower head was not great and that was definitely not a big deal.)

"The Xenofobic treat is not good"

The Hotel was clean, good amenities, the food included was normal for a business trip. The room was so comfortable.

The Hotel didn't answer the Booking messages. I made the date changes reservation but the person in charge of the General Management (Watren Tindall) didn't answer it. The Hotel charged all the payment for the nights I didn't were there and they say I was there. Something that now days is easy to prove in cameras, check in formats and testimonials. The treat of the guy in Charge of the Hotel is not polite, the treat is not friendly and it's seen he has problems (Xenofobic) with Latin People. Never I've been feeling that treat in a Hotel before. So bad a Marriott hotel have a person like that in front of a nice facilities.

I would’ve given it a 5 star but website said the room would have queen sized beds & the beds were definitely smaller than queen sized. Also the bathroom door locked when i closed the door from the bedroom side so we had to find someone to unlock it . Other than that the place was great , clean & the pool was really nice !
