Main floor and bar we're in excellent condition. Restaurant food was fabulous . Rooms are old. Leather headboard peeled off on my husband's back. Pool was cold and spa had ants.

staff was very helpful and attentive, upkeep could be redone, some of the finishes looked very dated and rusty. water was leaking in from slide door when raining other than that everything was fine.

Close to airport. Clean room with lots of space. Nice staff.

What a sad hotel, decrepit and in need of a full tear down. This once luxurious brand and establishment has fallen without grace, everything is in terrible condition and the staff does not have an ounce of care. Our room leaked water through the windows leaving our carpet wet and smelly, all our fixtures were in terrible condition and didn't work, bathroom falling apart in all the areas, entire facility was dirty, greasy, unsafe, and I'm need of the wreaking ball. Definitely don't waste your hard earned money on this place. Embassy Suites has become an embarrassment to the industry sadly.

I stayed at [Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW, 4650 West Airport Freeway Irving, Texas] and had a terrible experience. The hot water didn’t work, the shower rod was broken, several ice machines was not working and the headboard was peeling. When I reported these issues, I was told the maintenance worker wouldn’t be available for at least 20 minutes. My husband and I had an event and had to leave without even being able to take a shower. To make matters worse, the manager (Khristian) was dismissive and unhelpful. The only “compensation” offered was 5,000 points (about $25), which is insulting given that the room was not usable and I didn’t get the service I paid for. This was not just disappointing—it showed a complete lack of concern for guests. I expected much better from this brand and will be rethinking future stays, and you should as well. Extremely clean older hotel. Very close to airport. Staff very helpful and polite

Definitely fair prices for a tired property

Our flight was delayed and our room was cancelled in flight. We found out during our UBER to the hotel that our room had been cancelled.

Nice hotel and a fun time.
