The staff is always great. This is the fifth time I have stayed at this property. I'm from Oklahoma and I fly out from DFW Airport. I leave my car at the property and use the shuttle. When I return, I call the property and they dispatch a shuttle to pick me up from the airport This has always worked really well and smoothly.

Waited 35 minutes in line to get to the desk at 7pm to be informed there would be a 30+ minute wait for a room. Terrible service- no answers. Requested to cancel to avoid waiting however was informed there would be a cancellation fee despite them not having a room available at 7pm. No offer of any compensation for the absolutely terrible experience.

My family and I came to Dallas for a reunion—just a quick weekend trip, nothing fancy. We checked in a little after 3pm, all of us tired, hungry, and just ready to toss our bags somewhere and breathe. I’ve got to admit, the lobby really does make a good first impression. You walk in and it feels open and bright, with all the polished touches you’d expect from a nice hotel. Honestly, for a few minutes, I thought we were in for a great stay. That’s when things got weird. Our room keys didn’t work at all, so someone from the front desk had to come up and let us in. He told us, “Give it an hour. The keys should start working.” The first room… well, the fridge was leaking. The bathroom ceiling had these gross patches of mold, and the shower head was rusty enough that I actually thought twice about getting under it. You know that feeling when you just want to shower off the day? Yeah, not happening here. When the keys still wouldn’t work, we had to switch rooms. I wish I could say the second room was better. Honestly, it was almost comical how much worse it got. More mold on the bathroom ceiling. The shower head was still rusty—like, is there some kind of rust contest going on here? The closet was so dusty I didn’t even want to hang my clothes up. I noticed the headboard was torn, and then, on top of everything, there were actual blood stains on the curtains. I had to stop and take a picture. It felt like an episode of one of those hotel exposé shows. Meanwhile, my sister was having her own hotel horror story. She switched rooms six—yes, six—times. Each time it was something new: the air conditioner didn’t work, there was more mold, the key wouldn’t work, you name it. At one point, she just sat down in the hallway and laughed. “Maybe the seventh room will be the charm,” she joked, but honestly, it got old fast. We caught up with other family members who’d booked rooms here too, and everyone had the same problems. It seemed like every other story started with, “Can you believe…” and ended with something about keys, mold, or broken AC. I kept thinking maybe the hotel would try to make it right—offer a discount, apologize, anything. Nope. Not even a “sorry for the trouble.” It was like they’d seen it all before and just didn’t care. I’m not picky when it comes to hotels, but I believe there’s a basic level of comfort and cleanliness that should come with a Hilton property. This place falls far short. It’s listed as a 3-star, but I honestly wouldn’t give it more than one. If you’re thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else—unless you’re into scavenger hunts for working keys and spotting new forms of mold. I'm attaching photos so you can see for yourself. I wish I had better things to say, especially since this was supposed to be a fun family weekend. Instead, I’ll probably remember Dallas for the time we played “musical rooms” and tried to laugh it off. A weekend we’ll never forget—just not for the reasons we hoped.

We love the omelettes and the salad bar in the afternoon 100 recomended

Old and dirty. It looks like a slumlord make over. Painted over everything. Nothing looks or is clean.

Can’t believe they made the best bartender, Donnie, quit. Place isn’t the same without him anymore. Rooms are trash as it is. Now the bar experience isn’t the same.

The property looks like a contruction zone. Outdated! Nothing like the pictures!! Dissatisfied! Staff was nice. Manager was nice but seriously try hotel next door would’ve been better!! Not up to expectations and the pictures before booking are not accurate. The Roach in the hallway stated their for 2 days straight which further let me know it was not being cleaned daily as they say. Breakfast was the best thing they had!! Please do better with cleanliness of rooms , hallways and bathrooms!! Very glad we stayed gone our whole 3 day visit. Really expected better.
