The bed sheets seemed old and rough and they remodeled the bathrooms leaving the showers with half enclosures and and the water leaks out leaving the bathroom floor all wet and a cold breeze comes in while o the shower.

June 2025 Relaxing wonderful weekend. Resort is conveniently located near La Cantara mall and restaurants, friendly parking staff with options of valet parking and paid self parking with QR signage posted, helpful resort staff, concierge, multiple resort restaurants, pools and hot tub, guest wristband necessary to enter pool, large guest rooms, hotels have great Hill country views.

We had a very good experience at La Cantera. The property was beautiful, the staff very accommodating, room clean and comfortable, and the spa most relaxing.

Our stay at the Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort for our sons wedding weekend was incredible. When we first learned that our son was getting married near the resort we knew we had to stay at the resort. I contacted the sales team Emily and Vanessa for a block of rooms for the family and hosting the rehearsal dinner at the Sweetfire Kitchen. After being honored with a special room rate, friends and family had a great time at the resort with the pools, restaurants and bars. The rehearsal dinner was a success with the attentive help from Joel and Lydia. Compliments to the chef for making such a delicious steak, shrimp, salmon and chicken for the rehearsal dinner. During the rehearsal dinner we were provide a satellite bar run by Christine and she was amazing. Overall we had a great experience. Front desk staff, Brandon and Dylan, was very professional, efficient and helpful during our stay. Our concierge/butler, John and Joan, at the Seventh floor were so attentive and caring for our concerns. Our room on the Seventh floor had beautiful views and all the amenities were on point. Thank you Signia for making such a memorable weekend special.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Cantera Resort & Spa. Even though we live just 10 minutes away in Helotes, Texas, we decided to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary with a little staycation—and it truly felt like we’d been transported to another state, right in the heart of Hill Country. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding. Joan at the concierge table noticed us pondering the various restaurant options and personally came over to help us out. Samantha at the adult pool mixed amazing drinks, and later on, Adrian on the seventh floor made us the perfect old-fashioned during happy hour. We wrapped up the evening with a fantastic dinner at SweetFire, and the entire experience was just awesome. It was one unforgettable anniversary staycation. Highly recommend this resort for a truly special getaway

Die Poollandschaft ist ein Traum - Infinity Pool mit Blick aufs Hill Country. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind großzügig und komfortabel. Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet. Die Qualität der Speisen, besonders das Omelette, am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Dekoration in der Lobby, besonders der Halloween Kamin, sucht seinesgleichen.

An dem Wochenende, an dem wir da waren, war das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück etwas überfordert, ebenfalls im Gym (an einem Tag keine Handtücher vorhanden, am nächsten Tag keine Desinfektionstücher).

It was a short trip every staff member was beyond helpful and sweet and just very, very nice. Can’t say enough about the staff from the check-in experience to the valet to the spa. Everything was exceptional.
