Very nice pools

This weekend I attended a cousin's wedding here. It was absolutely beautiful until they ruined it by being unprofessional. In the middle of the ceremony they also booked a photo session for another couple. So as my cousin was saying her vows, banners were being displayed at the entrance that all of the guests passed to get to their seats. These banners did not have the bride and her husband on them, but another couple. They actually had another photo shoot during the wedding. They were confronted by the bride, said they would remove the banners, but lied. As you entered and exited the wedding, you questioned if you were in the right place. As we were listening to vows there was commotion in the background throughout the ceremony. Most unprofessional venue.

Best Hotel for Business and Pleasure events! Our Business Staff and Partners have enjoyed La Cantera. The Staff (Catering and Lobby) went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Despite going to college and working for several years in San Antonio, this was our first visit. It was perfect and we look forward to returning.

Awesome experience! The Signature restaurant was awesome (be sure to reserve in advance). We spent most of our time at the 21+ pool (online stated that this was a European-style pool, but we did not see anyone topless, nor were there signs near the pool stating it was... just a side note if that is what you were expecting). We ate poolside, and the food was great. Service was awesome, cocktails were fairly priced, and music was great. The other bars on the property were great. Literally one of the best weekend getaways of our lives.

Our group recently returned for a second team-building experience, and once again, it exceeded expectations. Although we're based in the same city, the resort offered a true out-of-town feel that allowed everyone to disconnect and genuinely enjoy each other's company. The resort is exceptionally clean, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The environment fostered connection and relaxation, making it the ideal setting for team bonding. I would definitely recommend this resort to other groups seeking a productive yet refreshing retreat—and to anyone simply looking for a quick and rejuvenating getaway.

Accommodations were okay. Didn’t sleep well with current bed and sheets used.

La Cantera strikes the perfect balance between a luxury resort and a top-notch business venue. Highly recommended for conferences, corporate retreats, or simply a relaxing getaway in San Antonio.

We liked our wonderful room, and the concierge service was great. The golf course is superb as were the people there.
