Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Scottsdale

Didn't have Breakfast. Pool was out of sun area, only at late morning to late noon. A maintenance team access our room to clean the AC unit. Had to wait till they were done to get comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and quiet.

Considering the local we expected a little nicer. It’s getting worn and needs a serious updating. Desk assistance was great.

The sink was stopped up. There was a roach running across the bathrooom. The jacuzzi wasnt working. It smelled like marijuana. I can go on and on but I think you get the picture.

This is my go to I love convenience but lately I’m noticing a lot of sketchy people hanging around that are not staying at this hotel. This isn’t a one off either.

Everything about my stay was brutal. Pool dirty and no chairs, no first floor rest room for guest???? Are you serious!!?? No golf channel when the waste mgt hold tourney was just down the road. Room was filthy. No plates paper or otherwise. No cups. Everything from the woman at the check in counter to the room itself I travel all over the world and this was by far the worst property

Sofa bed was unsleepable, mattress is old and horrible, you feel the springs the entire night, needs to be thrown out
