Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Buckhead

Bianca is very helpful and nice she really made my stay. She was knowledgeable and caring. She greeted me by my first name and with a smile. She was very attentive. When I brought my problems to her she solve it with a smile. Make sure u ask for Bianca.

I had a wonderful stay. Bianca, Cal, and Devin were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The location is great if you’re on a budget and want to be near Buckhead. You’re a few blocks away from a Starbucks, Walgreens, MARTA station, Kroger, and Chick-fil-A, making it super convenient for most necessities. You are also about a mile or so away from Target, Lenox Mall, and Phipps Plaza.

The location for me was good since it was near a Marta station. The room was good and comfortable.

I arrived after midnight and had a real problem getting into the property and then getting into the room. Luckily a resident came out and I was able to get to the late check in phone otherwise I would have stood out there all night. The other thing I didn´t like was that without telling me the hotel took a $108 deposit for the room. I have of course checked with the bank and it´s been refunded but that sort of charge should be well known in advance otherwise maybe the funds aren´t there.

Extremely run down. Trash laying around. Random people strolling the halls at all hours. STILL WAITING FOR MY 108.00 deposit to be returned almost a week later.

Nothing. The other guests had 4 or 5 loud unruly children, the staff was argumentative and rude. The towels were non existent unless you call a dish towel a bath towel. The wood was peeling off the drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchens didn’t have utensils plates cups NOTHING. while the advertisement on the TV in the room for the hotel Going on and on about there magnificent stocked kitchens. If I wasn’t a 6”5’ tall man. I wouldn’t have felt safe there.

Terrible experience first time from Extended America hotel chain. This hotel is old , small rooms. Horrified when saw cockroaches. Staff is good and supportive! 2 star for hotel, 4 stars for staff.

It was easy to find and close to all the attractions we visited.

The water for the tub didn’t get hot.

N/A. I was refused a room despite an existing reservation that was booked a month prior. Additionally, we called in the afternoon of our check in date to confirm our reservation and check in time, where we provided the name tied to the reservation. They confirmed our stay and informed us that it was ok to check in anytime before 11:59 pm. We were able to arrive at the hotel around 10:45 pm, but they informed us that they were unable to provide a room because they were overbooked despite us confirming our reservation earlier that day.

The hotel staff was unhelpful. He was unable to enter the system and contact other locations to ask if there were rooms available. Furthermore, there were no other customers in the hotel lobby, it was only me and my friend. As a result, he was not busy with any other issues and ultimately left us to look for a hotel on our own. I was unable to get a name but whoever works at the Extended Stay America’s Peach Tree Road location in Atlanta Georgia on Saturday March, 29 at 10:45 was awful, incredibly unhelpful, and should not work at any hotel lobby.
