I spent almost $600 to stay in a motel, which was highly disappointing. The display is not an accurate representation of the actual accommodations. The room furniture is unclean and unhygienic, and I encountered roaches, which I had to eliminate. Although the room is equipped with a full kitchen, it lacks basic essentials such as dishes. This establishment appears to cater to long-term residents seeking affordable accommodations, rather than typical hotel guests. The carpet is stained, emits a foul odor, and is dirty. Additionally, there are residents with dogs, creating an unpleasant environment. The front desk is frequently closed, and housekeeping services are not provided. When requesting clean towels and linens, the staff expects guests to bring their soiled items to the front desk, rather than providing a convenient exchange process. Furthermore, the pool is not operational. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel that my money was poorly spent. Although the front desk gentleman was courteous, the overall quality of the establishment is subpar.

Horrible customer service !! Worse I have experience by far!! Was locked out room for 5 hours BECASUE key card stop working. And there is no over night staff!! Luckily I had a planet fitness membership across the street !!! Then wanted to refund me $22.00

Bianca at the front desk is great. She is good at problem solving and was very helpful fixing the problems with the room. The location of the hotel is good, with a grocery store and many food options close around.

The first room I was in smelled HORRIBLE. It was like someone cooked curry and onions and garlic for weeks straight with no air circulation. Bianca was able to put me in a different room that was much better, but still had the toilet seat ripped off the bowl. There also wasn’t an ice machine which is usually standard in hotels.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Far Away! I left after 15minutes! WASTE OF MONEY If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was beyond unacceptable. The condition of the room was appalling—filthy floors, stains everywhere, and an overwhelming odor that hit me the second I walked in. The photos online were clearly false advertising. It looked NOTHING like what was promised. The staff? Completely unbothered and rude. When I brought up my concerns, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no solution—just attitude. On top of that, basic amenities like working Wi-Fi and clean towels were nonexistent. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and scammed. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This was a nightmare.

The room was very clean and spacious! There are snacks available. Well controlled room temperature. Comfy bed. Large television. Bianca made me feel so welcome and is very personable! It is great to gave front desk stars like her! Getting accommodations was easy too!

This location is ideal for someone who needs to commute in the city. Conveniently located right next to a Marta train station. The neighborhood has a lot to offer with the Walgreens, Kroger and many different food options surrounding the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, professional, and really makes you feel like you are at home. Bianca has went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and have everything that I need while I’ve stayed here. She should totally be a manager. She practically runs the place. The beds are very comfy. The pillows are nice and fluffy and the sheets are always crisp and clean. If you are planning on coming to Atlanta and staying in the Buckhead area for a few weeks, this is the place you should go. I will be back the next time. I’m in town.
