Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Buckhead

Booked the room online. Was greeted by Kal after office hours. He stated the hotel was booked and needed to determine if a room was available. The system showed a king room available. He walked me to the room.to make sure it was ready. While in the room he turned on the ac, turned on the lamps, closed the curtains for privacy, and checked to make sure the bathroom was in order. Thx Kal! You went above and beyond... especially when it was late at night. You usually only see that type of service at a high end luxury property. No offense Extended Stay.

Overall it was pretty good, we didn’t have a shower curtain in the bathroom and no extra blankets for the pullout.

The location was amazing. I was able to board the train at the airport, and the stop was block from the location. A major grocery store, Kroger was a block away. There were many restaurants in the area.

I didn't like the fact I had to pay additional money to obtain dishes, cups and utensils. In addition, extra charge for pots and pans. This should be included in the room rate. Unacceptable greed or profit item for the company.

This place should not be placed under hotels. It needs to be placed under motels, not only was the front desk, person not friendly, but did their best not to engage with us upon arriving going up to the elevators entryway was filthy when we got on the elevator, it was extra filthy The floor that we stayed on which was the fourth floor 410 filthy whole room filthy the walls filthy. The floor is filthy. Matter fact the only thing in there that look like it was clean was the refrigerator. The smoke detector was not even up on the wall. It was laying on the table if I tell y’all the towels look like they should’ve been at the Goodwill. The sofa was nasty. The side tables on the bed was nasty. The walls were peeling, but the carpet that leads in the hallway when I say it was extra filthy, I did not even sleep at 3 AM. Someone was jiggling the door to get in my room. I went downstairs and I didn’t realize that the front desk closes at 10 o’clock. that means if anything was to arise happen During the night there was no one on the property to help you then if I tell you, there were no hot water. We’ve been running around all day and I said well at least I could take a hot shower. No the water was cold so I give this hotel rating under a zero please do not take your kids there. This is the type of hotel that you would take a prostitute to have sex with her for a couple hours or him and you leave. This is no place for no one to stay now. I understand if you’re low on cash
