I saw a mouse on the bedroom , & rat poop, they did change my room ones i called front desk. The room i was changed to was in good condition.

No breakfast, grab and go was not aware of that.. not clearly stated!🙁

My family were staying here to stay someplace local to celebrate our sons college graduation. Upon arriving to the hotel I will say the front desk lady Donna was great but that's where it ends. Extended stay America should be ashamed. Upon arriving to our room we found it to be disgusting. We would liked to have hopefully switched rooms or just have left but due to severe traffic we were running really late had no choice but to deal with it. We needed to shower and change. Where do I start?! There was no toilet bowl tank top. There were soda drips stains on all the walls and ceiling around the bed. Everything was was coated in dust or food smudges. The lamp next to the bed would fall apart exposing wires to the lightest touch. There was what we think was wax blobs all over the floor. We wanted so bad just to leave but not wanting to cut or celebration short and try and find another place local that wasn't full would have caused us to miss all the events. My wife and I were not happy. We told our son to just stay with a friend. He didn't deserve to be in all that filth. How can Extended stay even say that room has been cleaned in forever?! When you spend that kind of money there is at least a semblance of an expectation the room being clean.
