Air conditioner was amazing

We stayed in the Press Room, #8 for the Aaron Watson concert in Luckenbach. Pros: Good location, right off 290 next to a gas station. Close to wineries, Garrison Bros, Luckenback, Fredericksburg. The air conditioning was great. Clean towels and sheets. Bed wasn’t bad either. Separate kitchenette area. The room itself was a good size for my husband and I. Cons: It’s right off the hwy so you hear the street noise. Walls are thin so we heard our neighbors as well. LOTS OF CRICKETS inside and out. This needs to be addressed ASAP, as they were hopping onto the bed making it difficult to sleep. The headboard needs a DEEP CLEANING. It was very dusty and had hair from previous guests. The decorative pillow had a dead insect and a dried up booger. The volume on the TV stopped working an hour into a movie. It was pretty annoying. Overall, it was okay for an overnight stay. This could be amazing if management paid more attention to those issues that are very important especially since it’s sanitary issues.

There was an issue when we arrived after hours. We called and the manager was quickly able to Fix the issue.

Perfect location to explore wine country without having to head into Fredericksburg. Many of the better vineyards are very close by, like William Chris.

Pretty nice place to stay but nothing much around in this area to eat..
