The room was awesome, i loved the decor. the only negative thing was the shower liner was dirty/moldy at the bottom

Absolutely replace the TV or the remote, absolute garbage communication between those two devices. Everything else perfect

Need real TV service

The owner personally checked on us and shared the interesting Hx of this carefully renovated 60’s motel. Great attention to the era. This motel was not affected by the 2025 Kerrville floods, but along with other hotels/motels provided free lodging for search and rescue volunteers for this devastated area.

The motor lodge was quaint and our room looked to be recently renovated. The bed and pillows were nice and comfy.

Very easy to check into room, code was provided day of check-in. Nice outside lounge area upstairs.

The staff was friendly and nice. Called to let us know about a room change. The internet was horrible. We couldn't get online on any device, computer, tablet or phones. I texted the staff about it, and got no reply. There was also what we thought was an inappropriate picture on the wall for a family friendly room (Two people heavily kissing). My son was appalled by the picture, so I took it off the wall. Room was nice and great location to the Elephant Sanctuary and peach orchards. Besides the internet issue and photo (which can easily be fixed by replacing it with another), the place was great.

The property had a unique vibe, loved the updated nod to the retro past feeling of the place. The kitchenette/dining area could have been alottle better equipped, i.e. a larger trashcan and simple supplies like paper towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day.

The ease of being able to walk right into our room along with the decor and charm. The whole feel of the place was comfortable and pleasant.

There wasn't a microwave in the room...there was one in a main, common area but it closed at 10 pm.
