Crowne Plaza Springfield by IHG

Very clean friendly and welcoming staff

When I tried checking out and asked for a receipt. She told me since I didn’t book directly through them and used a 3rd party (Expedia). She could not and would not give a receipt. I have to ask Expedia for it. Was very rude about it too.

This is a great hotel. Our bathroom floor was so slick we almost slipped every time we walked on it. Not sure what kinda of cleaner is used, but it’s slick.

Was disappointed that there was no late check out. Could have been more user friendly ie restaurant menu in hotel room. The staff were very friendly. The bartender on Sat was very friendly and corrected our food order promptly. Greg and Ashley B at the restaurant were excellent servers. They were prompt and attentive.

Rooms were very outdated, looked dirty, pull out couch very worn down

We've stayed there many times over the years. Unfortunately, one elevator and one escalator were not in service this time. Staff and were super helpful ans nice. We'll be back.

Room was not ready at 4pm check in time, would not give us an estimate, did not have sheets or blankets for rooms, staff had no idea what was going on

The hotel was booked the previous night, so when I went to check in I had to wait a little bit for the room to be ready. The staff was so nice and accommodating to help me out. They made the best of a minor inconvenience.

Nice rooms. We arrived at 4p for check in, no room was available. We had to wait until almost 6p to get our room and get ready for an event at 7p
