Breakfast no forks or spoons, milk out of date, limited cups and the luggage carts were falling apart. Laundry was out of order

No housekeeping and it was dirty to begin with

Food options in town minimal. Basic breakfast for breakfast. Really disappointed overall. Kind of dirty, doors fit poorly, shower rod installed improperly so shower curtain kept sliding open. Decided to eat the cost and leave early taking chances on better options.

Walked into a flooded bathroom and general feeling of “too humid” in the room. I realize the property is right on the water, but I got the sense management wasn’t caring for the rooms well enough to combat what should be an expected problem. Some of the towels were a bit dirty (some with holes), along with signs of mold on the walls in the bathroom. Aside from that and some general wear and tear like rust it wasn’t too bad. Check-in was easy and friendly. Overall, I don’t think we’d book again, though it was convenient to RNSP.

Overall clean room, nice staff, good view of the harbor. Rooms need update.

This is not a bad hotel and it has potential. The pictures of the hotel are deciving. It's not as good as it looks. The room was clean but it needs updating. It looks like repairs have been done but they were mostly cosmetic. During the breakfast they did run out of some of the items . The hotel has potential if the would concentrate on some of the little things.
