"Hotel was pretty nice."

The hotel was pretty comfortable. Room had a lot of space and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a shower curtain when we arrived so the lady at the desk handed us one and said we could do it because it was easy to put up, otherwise we had to wait until she had time because she was busy. Our phone in the room didn’t work and they didn’t fix it or even look at it during the 3 days we were there. The staff was pretty rude whenever we had to ask for anything.

Absolutely disgusting. The floors looked like they haven't been swept in weeks (or ever!). The sink in our bathroom wouldn't drain. TV wouldn't work. The walls were dirty and had stains on them. Would not recommend this hotel.

You are only allowed two bath towels per room even if there are more guests in a room ( children ). You must return used towels to be given more towels for anyone in your room! Very inconvenient and just not standard in hotels I have I stayed in.

"Gross & Broken Hotel"

Filthy room (hair all over bathroom, furniture wasn't wiped clean, random items in drawers and on floor, sticky carpet). Missing coffee pot (but provided with coffee pods-hah!). 1 of the 2 beds was very broken (and clearly visible upon entrance to the room). Outlet in bathroom didn't work.

Horrible experience. Do not go to this hotel if you can avoid. Rooms & hallways dirty. Lack clean sheets & clean towels. Room not cleaned timely for check-in. Appeared family that cleans & works at hotel also lives there & young children do some cleaning work. Sold-out weekend without a Manager on duty. Extra late night busy, noisy. Rates were WAY too high for this dirty cheap hotel. Pool made the kids jump right back out chlorine was so strong & bottle of pool felt sandy. Overall - avoid the hotel & the area.
