The service is really poor and will not stay there again.

Only thing they got right we us asking for interconnected rooms. Well done. Paid in advance for breakfast wasn’t booked so had to argue in the morning even when showed the confirmation till had to wait 15 minutes before they reluctantly and I really mean reluctantly they let us in. Only got time on arrival that the kids club closed why not informed in advance only they know. Spoken to duty manager the next morning after 2 night stay and was just dismissed and told is there anything else I can do before I check you out.

Its ok. Just dont like the fact that my visitors could be charged £100. Thats disgusting. All parking should be FREE

Actually good value for money, clean and spacious ; convenient parking; friendly staff. Building in need of TLC which some areas were undergoing. But … please sort out the lighting.. something less glaring. And … tv system … hopeless.. gets stuck in endless loading???

The hotel is dated and undergoing some renovations- there is no bar or restaurant- a room is being used at the restaurant and a corridor as the bar- the key didn’t work on my door so a massively long walk back to reception with all my bags! I was having a lie in until I had a knock on the door before 9 for room cleaning but surely they would know I haven’t checked out then at 9-30 ish I had the sit on grass mower revving and cutting right outside my window! Cheers- I paid for breakfast but never had it! Shambles!

Few inconsistencies. The website clearly said food was served until 11pm, but we were told at 9:30 the kitchen was closed. We tried to ask about the swimming pool at reception (do you need to book a slot) and we’re told that the hotel knew nothing about the health club. Asked at the health club about treatments and they said that only the hotel knew about that (hotel knew nothing) . But the phone number to book them didn’t work anyway. Breakfast was good though

The hotel was very clean despite refurbishment works going on in some areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. we were particularly impressed with the provision for dietary allergies where menu options were available, clearly marked and all restaurant staff very keen to please and accommodate.

Very impressed with the hotel - clean rooms, good food, brilliant service and a great price. Yes there's a few chips out of the furniture but thats bound to happen when the rooms are well used. Otherwise no issues. Especially impressed with the bed and pillows, so comfy I wish I could've taken them home with me! Also the sound proofing was excellent, some places you can hear every person going passed, I heard nothing at all during our stay. This was my first time staying in a Holiday Inn and I will certainly look to use you again if I need a hotel again.

Given a handicap room Couldn’t work out how to flush toilet Room Was FREEZING cold Had to change rooms at 1030 pm lugging 4 suitcases around the hotel….. had to make 2 trips to front desk as phone not answered Ended up in a small room Requested refund of 1st night and discount on second night for smaller room hotel manager on phone call at 1730 on 21-9-21 was argumentative and refused to accept any fault and refused my request Utterly dissatisfied Also hotel luggage cart inadequate and elevator to small for Luggage cart so had to unload 4 cases And wheel by hand Add -in 1970’s fire doors and room phones it was like “Faulty Towers” I request customer Service Follow up on my refund request call me At 1 619 757 4497
