Basic rooms but lovely employees. Didn't get to use the leasure facilities so can't comment. Free car parking which is a bonus. Would stay again.

Clean and great location.

The tea tray that was left in the room was terrible paper cup and plastic glasses. Hardly any variety either and so little amount of anything. The hotel also looked tired!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is was lovely. Unfortunately there seemed to be no regard at all from 90% of the others guests to follow the mask rules and no one was enforcing it. My husband and I couldn’t wait to get out for the breakfast area as it was extremely busy and barely a face mask in sight (apart from the staff who all wore masks). We felt extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was also very expensive for state of the exterior building and the bed was very small.

The staff at the Holiday Inn in Maidenhead are super efficient and super friendly. The hotel is spotless.

Hotel room was clean but nothing special considering i paid for executive room. Wouldnt stay there again

We were not happy with paper cups in the bedroom for hot tea. Also bench seat in dinning room all the seat was split open.
