Really nice would stay again

Overall the stay was good breakfast was well organised and plentiful The only things in the room that was not as expected was the Tv kept losing Sinaloa so couldn’t watch And shower was cool abd couldn’t adjust to be warmer

All the staff were friendly, greeting you as you met them everywhere in the hotel. Only problem is that you have to book slots for breakfast. Only 6.30 or 7.30 left. Food was lovely though. Also great to be able to have a swim. Bookable slots again, only 9am slot available. This worked out fine for us as we had an early breakfast slot. Just be aware if you want breakfast at 10am you may have to compromise a lot and eat at 6.30am instead. Fine for us the staff were so lovely and made you feel special so made up for everything, and some compromise needed because of COVID restrictions.

Short trip to Maidenhead. Picked hotel based on location. Hotel cleanliness and covid arrangements were very good. Heating during the day needs to be improved. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great room and staff always helpful

I had an enforced stay down south close to my work and this looked great value for the sat/sunday i stayed and i was so glad i chose this hotel ,really helpful staff ,lovely room and clean . Would not hesitate to use this hotel again

Very comfortable and relaxed hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was an added bonus of breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was well thought out; we filled in a form giving our choices and handed into the reception the evening before. We then collected a tray in the morning and took it to our room. Breakfast was 'continental' but was plentiful and included a hot choice (panini/bap). Well done Holiday Inn Maidenhead!

All the staff at the Holiday Inn are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Even in these days of Lockdown, room service was excellent and the room was immaculately clean. Very COVID safe.

It was just ok. I do not like the Parking arrangements. The need to register my car, or any vehicle come to that, is totally ridiculous

Overall an ok stay. The staff were friendly and helpful but struggling with the extra work required. Switching from bar service to table service is a lot more work and when the lounge was busy this showed.
