Very clean great friendly staff...breakfast not too good..the bacon panni is not bacon but a alternative

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean - things have actually improved at the Holiday Inn during Lockdown.

Lovely and quiet room with very comfortable bed. The fridge was unnecessary and the area around it was a bit unpleasantly smelly.

Good hotel, nice room, great breakfast, very fair price.

We have stayed here many times and this was our first during Covid. The staff were fantastic, welcoming and attentive. The hotel felt strange as it was quite empty and the facilities limited which was fine. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice meal (albeit served in takeaway cartons). Breakfast however was awful. We had to preorder from a limited menu the night before. It arrived like airplane food on a tray with plastic cutlery and disposable containers, I found this concerning from an environmental viewpoint. The bacon panini’s had been microwaved and were inedible, the waiter was most apologetic and offered us to try the sausage panini but we declined. I do appreciate that these are difficult times and it wouldn’t put us off from returning for another stay when hopefully the usual delicious breakfast is back on the menu!

The executive room is very nice. Very clean as well!

Nice hotel with good facilities .will return

We booked an executive room and whilst the room itself was fine the temperature in the room was too hot. The air conditioning was not working and although we requested a fan it never arrived. We were on 2nd floor and had to sleep with the window open. This meant we were awakened very early by cars leaving the car park and people chatting in the car park outside our room. Not the restful stay we had anticipated.

Nice breakfast, pool, price and room. Free parking too
