Holiday Inn Maidenhead Windsor by IHG

Location , not bad , we stayed on the ground floor of the hotel , rooms very old and a bit tired looking .

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always been impressed with the positive and helpful attitude of the staff

I have stayed often at this hotel and the staff are what makes staying at this hotel a great experience. The hotel itself is a little run down, for example the carpets, and particularly the gym area. The staff in the gym are not as friendly or helpful and do not clean it enough. Maintenance in the gym area is very poor and one shower has not been working since my last visit 8 months previously.

The hotel is very tired and no frills. Very basic and lacking in any extras

The Hotel was Extremely Busy but it still had a relaxed efficient atmosphere ... ALL The Staff Where Excellent... I will Definately Stay Here Again ... I Felt like I was on Holiday

It’s fair to say it’s not an ultra modern hotel but it is very comfortable and very well thought out. Each facility of the hotel is easily located.

Breakfast was a hectic affair but expected due to school holidays
