I had requested two extra pillows at the time of making the reservation. The front staff actually brought them to my room for me.

The TV in the bedroom did not work. I reported it so they sent someone to fix it, who said the cable connection in the wall did not work insted of fixing it they dragged the tv from the sitting room into the bedroom and placed in front of the closet. Also it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I have COPD, The room reeked of smoke and was located right next to the smoking area outside. Smoke are needs to be moved away from the building. The air conditioner sucks the smoke inside.
