Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Midtown

I like the location. Close to grocery, gas and thorough ways to get around the city.

The property seemed to run down. The bathtub shower head was inappropriately placed and you had to leave the shower wand hanging along the wall between the wall and the handrail because the shower Mount was not adjustable and we spray across the top of the shower instead of down. The Cabinetry in the kitchen was very worn. When I asked for a dish set as the card in the room had stated one could do it was a hodgepodge of bits and pieces of serving wear. The hallways smelled like garbage. The plus side was it appeared they were trying to do improvements they were doing some painting while I was there

Nothing it stink like urine there was glitter from whatever was going on in that room where we where about to stay and it smelled like smoke

The place is haunted! Our daughter who was sleeping on the couch was woken up in the middle of the night by an entity disguised as my wife. She knew it was an imposter since she could hear her mom snoring in bed.

Good location

The staff was rude and poorly managed they didn’t give us the proper room we reserved then proceeded to tell us it was all booked

The staff and people that lived and stayed were super sweet!

Getting locked out of room a tons of times
