The scenery.

The only thing I liked was the scenery. The staff was disrespectful. I was in a room with no working A/C for 3 days until they changed my room. The Red Rood has a "hassle free guarantee* which means if there's any problems with ur stay you don't pay for that night but according to staff you have to be a rewards member for that. The GM still hasn't b en in contact with me. Amd I feel like I should get my money back for the first 3 nights I had no ac or working stove. my stay was from the 31-7 of January.

It was my most bad experience about a hotel, dirty, spring mattress, broken cabinets, drugs location (maybe, just feeling), no duvet or blanket, every where insect in the room, I didn’t use bath and kitchen because all of there dirty,i was made reservation for 7 days but on 2th Day I cancelled immediately.

Horrible experience. I was not happy and wanted a refund. I never received it after the Mgr promised me it back

This hotel should only be your last resort. Beds had deep depressions. Cabinets, flooring worn out or broken.

Nice people

It had bed bugs, roaches, everything was dirty, bathroom without paint, toilet with black ring, beds supper uncomfortable that you could feel the springs with your hands, some guest actually lives there for months, and even changes room when it’s cheaper and heard they clean it themselves after they transfer room. Hotels.com called them and told them not to charge me and they still did even though I didn’t sleep there and rented another Hotel for that weekend
