Dirty, very outdated room and surroundings.

The room. Was not clean and there were cockroaches big ones and little ones.

The room was very different than the photos. The door was kicked in and let in the sound from the freeway. Tub was full of gnarly red soap scum. The heater barely kept me warm at night. Honestly, not the best stay I’ve had.

Staff was helpful

The lights did not work in the room and in the room second room as well.

Nothing the rooms were messy the tub was messy the curtains have holes and black stains. The cabinets had holes and they were screwed in and couldn’t open it

Falls advertising the pictures were nothing like what gent show in the pictures it was messy smelled very bad and we reuested a non smoking the noice of the next door were excessive

The staff was kind,the hotel was old and dirty.

The room was in had no towels and smelled like a cigarette bar,stains on the walls and ceilings from nicotine.

Published check in was 3pm but when I arrived at 3:45 she said it wasnt ready but she could gobahead and charge my credit card for the $100 deposit that would be refunded in 2-5 days if i reutrned tge room in good order. After waiting 29 minutes room was cleaned but then was told they had no keys to give me so would have to use the master key to let me in. I never did receive a key. The condition of the room was horrendous! The smell was unbearable and everything was broken or looked like it needed to be thrown in a dumpster. Please do not book here!

The staff was nice but there was tweekers all around there. The room was non smoking but it smelled horrible! It was so dirty! Not worth the price.

I would not want to stay at this property again.

I had a business trip to Phoenix, I rented a room for a week. When I arrived, they gave me a room, nasty, broken doors, the water tap dropping water, pipe noises from the bathroom. I went back and told them I can't sleep in this room from the noise, waited for 30 minutes in the Lobby then they apologized and gave me another room key. I couldn't sleep from the nasty smell of the room and the dirt around the rooms were terrible, the people that are staying there are similar to homeless people with curses on their mouth and garbage/trash all around the rooms. I left the following morning without turning back. you have the see the situation of this studios to believe it. My advice is don't be fooled by their better price, your'e going to regret it.
