"Worst stay ever "

Worst stay in a hotel ever the room was filthy we had to switch rooms and there was bugs bathroom was nasty the kitchen was dirty the tv didnt work

Bugs and German roaches in the room. Trash and food just thrown in the hall ways. Room was dirty and out dated. Phones didn’t work. Had to drive down to the lobby for help. Cops had suspects at gun point in front of lobby when I went to let them know about the room. Staff was nice and understanding let us check out and get refund.

I didn't like the stay at all. Their was no towels in the room. No bedskirt on the bed, and the refrigerator light didn't work. The ice maker in the freezer had a plastic bag stuck in it. The water wasn't hot in the shower and the curtain in the room had cigarette holes in it

Left immediately after checking into room. A dozen junkies and people living there staring at me and my rental car. Felt the minute I would leave my room I would get robbed. As for the room. No towels, no bedding, holes in the walls, and what I can only describe as a prison cot. I grabbed my things without checking out as the lobby was also filled with vagrants. I’m sure I’ll never get my money back but at least I’m safe.

This hotel is a joke, we arrived at 1am due to delayed flight and they would not check us in saying our reservation expired

"Terrible stay"

Terrible hotel one of worse I have stayed out. No toilet paper in bathroom on arrival. Had to go to front desk to get some. Than TV did not work. Went and got a new remote still did not work. Bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned as was so old. Toilet almost backed up. No coffee in room

At check in the clerk at the desk didn’t offer me first or second floor, the bathroom was discussing and no toilet paper, was ask for a first floor room and that room smelled of cigarette smoke, again no toilet paper and a broken microwave oven…. When I returned to the front desk a 3rd time she had left the property with guests waiting….they would not offer a refund not even half….very bad Customer Service I have very experience
