When we arrived at 5:30 pm and after I paid for the 4 rooms I was told that only 2 rooms were ready. They are cleaning the other 2 rooms. At 7 pm they were still not ready so we left for dinner. At 9 pm the other rooms were ready. Of the 4 rooms only 1 had towels, all had broken drawers or missing drawers in the cabinets. 1 room had dead cockroaches. All were dirty by even the lowest of standards. Sticky coke rings on the tables, 1 room the bathroom sink did not drain. It looked like the hotel was hosting section 8 residents. Office was suppose to be open 24 hours and was closed at 8 am when I wanted to check out so I had to return so I could get my receipts for the rooms. Called to have them prepare the receipts when I returned after breakfast, not ready she completed them when I arrived. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. The lobby restroom was locked and they said they did not have a key to unlock. All the room doors did not function properly.

Not for a family of any kind. Pickup trucks park outside my room selling drugs. 4 nights no service. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. Never did see any hotel staff after checking in-probably in hiding. Picture of the bathtub-you get the idea

This property is a disgrace and if the property manager would actually interface with the guests it may not be so bad because some of this could be worked out but she refuses to take or return a call.

Nothing.

Dirty room. Cockroach in my sink in the morning. Untidy external environment - pile of rubbish near my door. Weak shower. No toilet paper.

Nothing at all

When I arrived at the reception to check in, the two workers were on break and there were people waiting in front of me too and after their break ended they began to serve us with a very bad attitude. After they gave me the key, I went to the room. Outside the room was very dirty, clothes were thrown around, it smelled like urine, it looked like an abandoned place. Now I will show some photos of that place. It was a very bad experience. I didn't stay there even an hour. I asked to cancel and they didn't want to help me or give me my money back. I paid 364.00 and they didn't give me anything back.

My experience was horrible. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Not enough towels. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The customer service was horrible. I was told to come to the lobby to get toilet paper after the room was presumably cleaned.v

I don’t even know where to start. I booked this trip a month in advance. I flew out for my little sister’s graduation and it was terrible. Upon arrival, once checked in…the rooms were lived in. Someone else’s belongings were all over one of the rooms, and the other room had not been cleaned at all. We didn’t have towels, nor bathroom tissue. The gentleman Terrie at the front desk had wonderful customer service, but the hotel was terrible. There were people hanging out and doing drugs plus drinking in the stair wells. It was a very bad experience and this hotel should not be listed on Expedia’s website. I have videos of all of this and will be posting it on Google reviews as well. I feel I am deserving of a refund, for this was not worth the money I paid.

Aweful. This was a motel for transients. There were absolutely no towels, toilet paper or kitchen ware. This was supposed to be an extended stay hotel. RUN! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The room was absolutely not what was pictured in the ad. Beds are like thin cots. One bed had no pillows. No toilet paper in room. No shade on lamp. Desk does not answer phone. Room is large but furnishings are run down. Like a grubby boarding house. We were not given a WiFi code and could not get anyone to answer the phone.
