Room 152 was a complete disaster! Door appeared to have been kicked by cops due to location of hotel, and rigged together to close. Doors falling off cabinets, holes in cabinet doors, burn holes in comforter, no towels, and room smelled like smoke evemthough it was a a non smoking room. Waited in office 10 minutes to request a refund and no one was around so we ended up leaving without one.

Property was very unsafe door look like you have been kicked in It was still dirty at 3:30 when I try to check in cleaning lady was still there drawers were broken bed was not acceptable curtains you could see through them cabinets or all broken no remote for the TV. Went to complain about the room to front desk and was rude and I told him the pictures don't look like they are on the website and his comment was he did not take the pictures send me to another room there was furniture all over the hallway in front of the room went in there same thing door look like a hut been broken into did not close all the way You could see all the light through there cabinets were broken bathroom was dirty and it was very unsafe looks like a lot of people live there weekly when I went to go get my money back He said I couldn't They needed to speak to Expedia and there was another customer there his heater wasn't working the TV was not there there was a remote but no TV He was very unsatisfied and also stated that didn't seem like it was a safe place to stay and that looked very different on the website just like I mentioned very disappointed never had this experience before always had great hotels stay but that was very terrible had to go look for another one found another one at Scottsdale It was very satisfying I opened up a case to get my money back this should not even be on your website at all You should take this hotel off. Thank you

"Will not be going back "

Room was dirty they didn’t provide any towels called the front to ask if they provided any but no answer which had me and my partner having to go to the store to look for towels and then when I got out the shower the shower curtain rod fell on me and hit me

They Canceled our reservation. I called early in the day because we were traveling from 7 hours away and our GPS said we would be there around 1am. They said it was okay and they would have everything ready for us when we arrived. We got there to no room being available because we were marked as a “no-show” I explained I called and they let me know it was ok and that it would be ready. It took us 3 hours to find another hotel and we arrived to our new room 45 minutes away from Glendale at 5am. Horrible experience and now Expedia doesn’t want to issue a refund to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel or Expedia.

"Bad experience. "

When arrived room had trash in the front door. Bathroom counterpart had trash on it. Front door would not close correctly. Checked out 2 days early. Talked to hotel manager and she didn’t care. Bad customer service. Requested refund for stay.
