The room is nothing as advised. It was dirty and in severe disrepair. There was no bedspread on the bed and the dirty, worn blanket had multiple cigarette burns. The pillows looked slept on. The air conditioner was broken and rattling. A woman was sleeping in her truck in the parking lot outside our door. After viewing the room, we were unable to stay in this filthy and unsafe situation. The managers were unable to give us a refund because we had prepaid through Expedia. We have not been contacted by Expedia or received a refund despite complaint.

"It was completely horrible the entire place needs to be torn down and done over again"

It was horrible not clean chip crumbs under the bed kitchen refrigerator stains inside I found a bed bug in my bag it smelled like cigarettes and urine the tv didn’t work the WiFi didn’t work I disputed this with my bank and now I have 544 dollars wasted I won’t receive that money back at all

"Bad for business"

I only stayed one night and was charged for a week. Dirty tampons were in my room I was put in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. Front desk gave terrible service and with a attitude.

"Terrible experience"

Worst experience ever. I checked in on 3/15 was given room 218, room was dirty with thumbtacks in the bed. Then was given room 326, again room was not clean and had half eaten food. Room 270 was clean but had roaches. The hotel will not provide a refund since I used booking.com

Several items missing from the room upon check in (tv remote, trash cans, toilet paper roll holder, toilet paper itself, sink stopper, kitchen drawers), some of these items provided when I asked. Exterior walkways need a washing. Bed was awful, like a pull-out with the support bar making it extremely uncomfortable. Fridge missing rails in the door so shelf use only, but cooled/froze appropriately. Area was easily accessible and has good options nearby, seemed fairly safe. Ok for the price, overall.

Had multiple people walk into my LOCKED room in the middle of the night. Are they just handing out master keycards like candy? Good lord. Office lady and the security guard woke me up in the middle of the night to ask me to come fill out a form she’d forgotten to give me at check in. The room was filthy, and the bed was NOT a queen bed (and it was old an on a rollaway bed frame).

Not much, we would have moved if we could, but where told no refunds.

Dirty in and out. Kitchen but no cutlery or crockery or anything. Too many long stay residents, to many pets(poo everywhere)

I made a reservation on Friday afternoon. I paid in advance via a website for an entire week. Due to a personal issue I was unable to get to the property for check in until the next morning. I was told, when I tried to check in, that because I didn't check for the the first night of my stay they had canceled the entire week and I wouldn't get any of my money back. I will never stay with Red Roof Inn again if this is how they do business.

I cant say anything good about the property. Mold was growing in bathroom as well mildew. Stayed a week and maids never cleaned room. TV was for two days.
