I was extremely happy with Ruth our front desk attendant. She helped out with extra towels do we had three in the room. Went over and beyond on everything we asked for.

The floor in the room was sticky especially in the bathroom. I believe it was due to the chemicals that was used. The blankets on the bed had burn marks and tears in them. The actual beds and mattresses desperately need upgrading. They were equivalent to a double size army cot. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom sink. The rooms definitely needs an upgraded. Desperately. Also no amenities like coffee pot, hair dryer, drinking cups, ice bucket, However, these were insignificant compared to the other negatives. The room door also does not automatically close and I forgot to check it and it was left open leaning against the door jamb the whole day we were gone. Fortunately for me nothing looked disturbed or stolen. I do not blame any of this on the maids, for your only as good as the tools you have to work with. We could not switch to a upstairs room due to my mom can't do stairs. With all of this in mind, I have stayed in worse but when I did I paid a lot less. Had I paid $50 For this room, I would have thought, "I got what I paid for" but I paid $263.42 for 2 nights. This is what upsets me the most. Being totally ripped off!

They refused to refund me for the stay when I couldn’t pay the $100 fee so I wasn’t able to stay.

The woman running the desk was amazing unfortunately the place was really rundown, furniture broken, walls/surfaces were dirty/stained/had holes and doors were beaten bent in and felt unsafe. We did not stay and did not touch the room. The woman at the desk refunded the deposit and tried helping us but the manager refused to refund me for the night stay.

The women working at the front desk was the only good thing.

Door is bent so it wouldn’t seal so you can hear the freeway and smoke entered the room. Both cigarette and marijuana. The room had Cockroaches. I went to the front desk and asked to switch room or have someone come spray. Neither thing happened. Not even a follow up from management. I would recommend staying somewhere else
