The staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, it offers the most beautiful views of the sunrise on the beach.

The property has a great atmosphere with a relaxed and welcoming ambiance. Its location is extremely convenient, just steps away from the ocean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

The main issue we experienced was with cleanliness and room supplies. Overall, the property did not feel well-maintained. The hallway carpets, walls, and furniture appeared dirty, and there was a noticeable humidity smell throughout the hallways. Inside our room, both the floor and balcony needed a deep cleaning. The floor was dirty upon arrival, and we even had to clean the balcony chairs ourselves before being able to use them. We were a group of five, yet only three towels were provided. There were no extra blankets or sheets available for the sofa bed. Additionally, housekeeping did not service our room at all during our three-day stay, and we had to take out our own garbage each day. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic room supplies significantly impacted our experience.

A beautiful, well maintained facility. Beautiful sunrises observed from the balcony. Guests do have to use valet parking at the door, self park is across A1A so it's a bit of an inconvenience. fyi

Room was very clean and comfortable. No asking for towels or having it cleaned it was just done. Had a balcony view of the ocean. The shower in the newer side of the hotel was walk-in and were very nice. That staff was super nice and extremely helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good every day.

OMG there is this overpass for pedestrians to cross that is super steep with stairs. The overpass is totally necessary from 7:00 a.m. to at least 10:00 p.m. due to heavy traffic. They do offer valet parking if you are unable to climb the stairs. So just be aware.

Location, having direct access to the beach makes this place a huge YES! Valet parking service is great

Rooms need major upgrades and maintenance, specially the ones on floor 4. Our room had a stained bathtub drain that would clog. The bathroom door is unleveled and you had to lift it in order to close the door. The cabinet under the sink is falling apart. We kept seeing dust bunnies all over the floor, it seemed like it has not been swept under the bed headers. Elevator kept getting stuck on the 2nd floor and there were no pool towels, after asking the front desk for some they never brought a fresh batch out and we left soaked because the towels never were replenished. The complimentary breakfast buffet was average, they had rotten peaches and bananas in the fruit baskets.

Great breakfast bar. Have to sit on balcony to see ocean.

The band plays outside and you can hear in your room. Great if you like that sort of thing. Music was done by 9:00.

It was a place to stay late in the evening after traveling most of the day.

There was mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner cracked and banged all night.

The dining room wasn’t aesthetically pleasing; more like a cafeteria.

The ambiance of the bar in the evening wasn’t classy.

This is a terrible hotel . The lifts are out of order . The front desk never answer the phone . They are very unhelpful and wanted to charge $60 for a late check out even though I’m an ITG member .
