Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbdürftig, Möbel defekt, alles rostig. Auf dem Zimmerboden befanden sich Kaugummi und andere Essensreste, im Bett fanden sich mehrere Haare, nicht von uns, die Toilettenspülung und die Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht. Im Restaurant haben wir drei Mal gegessen. Jedes Mal hatten wir schmutziges Geschirr (die Gläser waren überseht von Fingertappen vom Vorgänger, an den Terrln klebten Essensreste, an der Gabel hatte es Konfitüre, obwohl wir gar keine assen, auf dem Boden im Restaurant im Innenraum lag eine tote Kakerlake). Die Gänge zu den Zimmer wurden schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, nicht mal gewischt, sie waren von Schnurz übersäht (Dosen, Besteck, Essensreste, Plastik, Flaschendeckel, usw.). Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, aber im Service überfordert und wenig hilfsbereit. Sehr schade. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir davon ausgegangen sind, weil es zu einer Hotelkette gehört, mit welcher wir bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Dieses Hotel war leider ein kompletter Reinfall

Brittany was outstanding. Dont let her youth and friendliness fool you. She is a professional in every aspect. Every single detail was simply perfect. As the father of the groom it was my first time planning a wedding. Brittany made it so easy for me. I have run major organizations in my career. I can easily recognize people's abilities and more importantly their passion for what they do. I knew I was in the right hands the day I met her ! The food was fantastic. I received many compliments about it from my guests. Our sincere thank you to the chef and his team. The service was also top notch. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It seemed like they wanted our night to be perfect. And they made it so. I dont write reviews much. But these folks deserve all the accolades i can think of. Our night with them and the planning beforehand was outstanding Thank you from my family You guys rock !

Good info to help choose your rooms! -There are 2 buildings. The south building has 5 stories with exterior corridors. The north building has 8 floors with interior corridors. The majority of “Standard rooms” have side facing, ocean views in both buildings. ***This info is for the north building (of 8 stories) in rooms overlooking the pool; we didn’t check out the rooms in the other building. ***Rooms ending in 22 - (822, 722, 622 ect)*** are definitely smaller, but at the very same rate / price point. -From a front desk rep & also a manager we learned a “significant amount” of fire rescue equipment has been built into a “closet-type room” taken from ALL the rooms ending in 22. That info IS spelled out on the floorplan maps located on each floor by the elevator. - If you request a room closest to the ocean in a standard room, you will likely get a room ending in 22. They are next to the “ocean front” rooms, but are definitely smaller. The other nearby rooms have basically the same view but notably larger. (Tip: you can learn - (and see) a lot - speaking with the nice people in housekeeping.) -Hope this helps someone else! Also of note: -the pool is between the 2 buildings & often in the shade. -our shower door never stayed closed, always sliding to the other side so always a wet floor. Apparently true in other rooms. Lots of lovely places nearby so doubt we’ll return.

We had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Oceanfront Melbourne. We were there for a business meeting and Erin, Brittany, Miguel and the rest of the team took great care of us & met all of our needs. They were friendly, responsive, & went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
