Location! The beach its beautiful, if you like live music and a restaurant with good food this is your place

The drinks at the restaurant were very overpriced and were not good even a pina colada didn’t taste like anything. The restaurant needs probably more staff because they took a very long time. The pool its small

The beach was nice

The pool was small, music overly loud. The restaurant filled up very quickly in the evening and was recommended the restaurant next door which was not comparable.

Location and convenience

Very loud music on the pool deck, could hear every word loudly in room until well after 9pm

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and perfect for a one-night stay, which is exactly what I needed. Check-in was easy and the overall experience was comfortable and convenient.

The shower pressure could have been much better, and the balcony view was a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected.

We are very upset that we booked one room and was told we would get a certain type of room and didn’t get what we we were told by hotel staff when we called

The staff upset very badly, put us in the corner of the hotel room without giving us what they said they would get us It was the worst day we’ve ever been at.

Buena ubicación, la piscina y playa bien

Todo parecía que sería perfecto hasta que salimos a las afueras de las instalaciones, la piscina, pasillos es decir todo el ambiente exterior estaba lleno bichos, muy desagradable y molestos, volaban, caminaban encima de las personas y todos los objetos. Fue muy mala experiencia no pudimos disfrutar nada

Rooms not clean, hair on floor in corners of bathroom with mosquitoes stuck in hair. Inside bar very dirty. Window Curtains dirty Love bug infestation couldn’t sit outside to eat bugs were everywhere .
