The hostess addition to longboards is terrible. I like the laid back feel of just finding your own table. We’ve been coming there for 5 years. We got reprimanded for just sitting down

As a frequent traveler and a Platinum Elite with IHG, this has to be the worst Crowne Plaza ever. I would have to commend Jacob who checked us in. He has very professional and accommodating. However, everything else after that for our 3 night stay went downhill fairly quick. From missing luggage rack and conditioner in the shower (and maybe an ottoman) to malfunctioning elevator, customer service was sub par. We texted and requested about the missing conditioner and someone replied several hours later and told us housekeeping was going to deliver it but never came. Had to literally chase down housekeeping myself and asked for the conditioner after two nights without it. Then upon checkout after expressing all those concerns and dissatisfaction, no apologies offered whatsoever from the front desk personnel. Food service at the Longboard restaurant was a mix experience. One of the morning breakfast was served by a somewhat rude server who seemed annoyed when we asked for refills after our juices we ordered were only half full to begin with. However, beach experience was great with credits to Julian the chair and umbrella staff who was very accommodating and helpful. Management should hire more people like Jacob and Julian who make customer service experience delightful. Property is also dated with ceilings at 7 feet high and only 6 feet in the shower. Location was good right at the beach.

Atmosphere is nice and everyone is very kind. Our servers name was Asli, she is very kind and made our experience special.

Alsi was amazing! So kind and courteous and welcoming. We would love to come back here. The live music was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very lovely. You’re a stone throw from the ocean and you have a wonderful pool all nestled inside of the hotel. The shuttle is very inconvenient. That would take you not to the airport, but also anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. The host Shannon was so amazing and special thank you to Tia at the front desk for excellent customer service. Close to MLB airport, close to Cocoa Beach.

Location and the restaurant were great

Room was supposed to be oceanview and we literally had a tiki roof blocking our view. Room was dated and cabinets wouldn’t shut all the way due to water damage

That I didn’t get a room I paid for facing the beach due to being only an hour late and room was paid for in advance

I did not like that check in was 4:00 pm & room was not ready till after 5:30pm. We were on the 6 th floor with a balcony & picture in booking. Com showed ocean looking from room instead you looked at another hotel . Yes you could see ocean once on patio looking to the right but the sound of A/C compressor down below made it not so pleasant. Also the water pressure in shower was so weak you could hardly wash soap off.Also you have no choice but to have facilitate facility’ park your car @ $30.00 a day plus $8.00 a day for valet.
