We loved the pool and so glad it was clean and warm. Ocean view and live music was my joy of the trip. At breakfast Asli was a wonderful waitress! She was so friendly and checked on us often even with a busy breakfast rush. Martin was so kind and helpful he took care of any and all troubles without us even asking. He provided wonderful customer service and greeted us like a familiar face when we came back the next day. We loved the Starbucks option and it even had reasonable prices seemingly less expensive than a stand alone spot. Valet was great and fast. Nick did a great job was personable and explained the app quickly but thoroughly . Front desk gal Tia was awesome . She Gave local recommendations and handled any and every situations promptly with empathy. She is such a kind fun personality with resolutions to any issues. Also her positive energy is a great way to start a vacation . Small negatives : We were bummed the gelato and Starbucks were closed early at 7pm. And also bummed the pool was closed by 8:30. The lights had to be off for sea turtle nesting which is adorable but why are the lights inside the pool not sufficient enough to keep it open ? :( no towels at the pool 2/4 days. Restaurant was out of many items at dinner on a Saturday holiday weekend . Cleaning staff was not friendly or thorough. They left the cleaning supplies bottle in our room, never emptied the dehumidifier (I did it each day) and didn’t bring the extra coffee we asked for at the front desk and when we saw them in the hall an hour later to ask they said “we can’t give you any call the front desk”. overall it is a wonderful place to stay and the view is unmatched ! The friendly staff mentioned above far outweighed any of the “life happens” things and made it an overall great experience. Positivity is contagious and they did a great job.

Valets were all super kind and helpful. Took no time to park my car or bring it back. Very reasonably priced.

My original room was ocean view and once I got there I switched rooms to an ocean front and I loved the view!!

The room I was put in (376) the A/C couldn’t be turned off and after the first night I finally just unplugged the air conditioning unit to find out the outlet was melted which is probably why it wouldn’t turn off.
