Best western plus north Miami Bal Harbour is the best Rooms always clean and on point The gym and pool area is very clean and organized like always Front desk morning and day crew very polite Night front desk Ms.Tangela is the greatest sweetest very helpful and knowledgeable of the area she's very sweet friendly When ever im in town I ask for her she really make my night with her smile and personality very very sweet and helpful 💌

The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping - grocery, pharmacy, clothing stores, nails, hair, etc - hits many different places all at once.

The smell of the carpet in the hallway. That’s my biggest peeve. Seems to be alway wet. Could’ve from guest who use the pool and walk in with wet feet. That needs to be mitigated. I’ve been there each month since January 2026 and that fact has not changed.

El hotel es bastante básico, es para ir a descansar y salir. Lo bueno es que tiene varios restaurantes cerca y tiendas. Solo cruzas la calle y hay un pequeño centro comercial. Es lejos del centro pero la zona es agradable y al parecer, segura.
