Best Western Plus North Miami-Bal Harbour

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in town for a few days on a short sightseeing visit and the imposing overdeveloped beachfront hotels did not appeal to us. This place has a charming and more intimate feel to it. It has obviously had significant investment over recent years and is very well maintained for its age. The staff obviously take pride in keeping it spick and span. We met some great people who were also passing through. The restaurant is fantastic. We had a superb balcony view over the pool area, which was again just fantastic. Clean and regularly attended to with very tasteful vegetation surrounding it. Great location near to shops and restaurants, and not far from the marina. Excellent value at this price point, I'm glad we found it. Thoroughly recommend if you're looking for a good value hotel with top tier amenities.

The property in a busy road area with a lot of traffic. The front desk clerk was very dishonest but he smiled

Great location. Restaurant and bar next-door. Side entrance. Quiet great staff that accommodated. They gave me extra pillows and a box fan to help me sleep. they also put me in a different room because the room they originally put me in was near the dumpsters which were really loud.

Water took a while to get hot in the shower. No phone in my room, which was really no big deal. It seemed to get warm at night and there even though I had the AC on 66. The hallways reeked of skunk smell from someone smoking weed. Housekeeping did not come around as often as I would like I had to ask for towels a couple of times and to empty my trash cans. Also coffee pods I asked for more coffee in which they did bring, but they did not tidy up the trash cans at that time or bring me any cream and sugar. The beds were too firm for me.
