We enjoyed the kitchen area. And the room was big

I didn't like the fact that we had 6 people booked in our room. And it only came with 1 wash cloth, three big towels and one hand towel. And when we asked for more she told us to bring our dirty ones , and she would wash them then us give them back. So only half of the family could take showers. At 10 pm, we had come back to the room after being out all day. To find the water was turned off because of a water break. I was told it wouldn't be on until 12am. Asked if they we're gonna compensate us and we would like to speak to the manager we were told they already know and there isn't anything that can be done .Unacceptable will never stay here again. The staff was so unbothered

The reason I booked it was because I was going to a conference. I picked up because of the free breakfast. I’m not really sure what the breakfast had I did not see even anything that resembled a continental breakfast. I don’t know how you could advertise so falsely. I really think you should reimburse my money. also, in the kitchen that there wasn’t plates or forks or glasses. The refrigerator was cracked. on the inside.

This was the worst 20 minute experience ever & the rudest hotel clerk. Never even stayed. Left after check in.

Disgusting, unsanitary, unhygienic, unhealthy, waste of $100 Clerk wouldn’t refund our money due to the grossest room I’ve ever saw.

How unprofessional the boss was

There was gum on the floor and the pillowcase the tub was filthy and pealing. There are some very questionable people that I assume live there and hanging out around the property. The staff was wonderful. They apologized profusely and refunded the night. I was only in the room for 10 mins before walking back out at asking for a refund.

Booking.com had booked a room that didnt exist, I had to find another hotel!!

Absolutely run down, not maintained, outdated just ghetto rooms. We booked a king suite with a fold out couch but when we checked in, it only was for 2. They said they dint have any that sleeps more with couches but it's clearly on their website. She could've told us that when we checked in with our kids that there was only 1 bed. Instead we had to go back down and get a different room. Bathroom door barely closed, huge hole in the wall from someone slamming it open. Bathtub/sink peeling and coming apart . No trashcan anywhere in the room which is not helpful. Breakfast, was a joke! It was coffee. Like 5 packets of instant oatmeal and 8 prepackaged tiny muffins you get from the gas station. No milk or water to make the oatmeal or bowls even. The whole area is run down and that's no food places close by our ready to get to. Staff seemed just crabby and disgruntled in their job. They charge you the deposit and room fee, then have to process a refund for the deposit and wait a week. I've never had that happen before. A hold on deposit yes, but never charged then refunded. It has always pended then fell off without posting. Even when we stayed in nice hotels, they never fully charged it. Never again at this place!
